Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. has a combination of commercial and military logistics experience. Our staff provides logistic support services beginning with the planning/analysis phase, through implementation phase, and lastly to life-cycle management. DRS&T is:

	DRS&T is the ILS manager for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) programs such as JWARN
	Acquisition logistics support for NAVSEA, SPAWAR, JPM IS, NAVAIR, and Air Force (GENTEX)
	DRS&T has personnel who are certified Level III Life Cycle Logisticians

This combination of experience has resulted in DRS&T developing a strong understanding of logistics requirements, not only as they apply to logistic matters in isolation, but more importantly, how they impact subsequent operational decisions. The synergistic combination and detailed understanding of the cost elements of this process provides DRS&T a rare insight into logistics support programs of immediate and lasting benefit to our clients.

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Fully trained and experienced DRS&T personnel in the areas of Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Performance Based Contracting, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Reliability Analysis, Provisioning, and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).

	DRS&T is able to provide fully trained and experienced personnel to assist in the development of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support plans and identifying Logistics funding requirements. Two of our employees are DAU trained and certified to teach the DAU 235 A&B PBL course.
	DRS&T conducts Business Case Analysis at any level from simple decision level BCAs to full Program Level ILS support BCAs.
	DRS&T is able to provide assistance in developing Performance Based Contracts that provide the most cost effective and measurable performance objectives to meet system performance requirements.
	DRS&T conducts life cycle cost analysis using EDCAS.
	DRS&T conducts reliability analysis and develop reliability analysis products using Relex Studio and Quart Pro.
	DRS&T is fully capable of developing an LSAR and producing LSAR (MIL-STD-13882A and 2B and MIL-STD-1552 (PMR)) products using DILSA, Omega2B, SLIC, and PowerLog-J.
	DRS&T uses an Integrated Logistics Support approach to logistics and is fully capable of doing Logistics Support Analysis (e.g., trade studies, maintenance task analysis, and maintenance plans) and Provisioning (including LSA-036 development and report).
	DRS&T has developed a computer-based program for implementing an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) that provides the Acquisition Program Manager with the ability to track the progress of his program using budget, scheduling and actual cost information. This ability is an essential tool in controlling scheduling conflicts and cost overruns.
