DEL REY Quality Assurance Program
REY has a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in the corporate staff that
reports directly to the Corporate President, and an established
quality management program that follows the guidance set fourth in
ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000. DEL REY is ISO
REY has established a customer-oriented quality system to put its
commitment to quality into practice both in its daily and long-term
planning methods (Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M),
Microsoft Project plans, staff meetings, Management Reviews, etc.)
are routinely used to define and document how DEL REY's requirements
for quality will be met for specific products, projects, services,
or contracts. The type
and depth of the plan depends on the scope of the task, but, when
required, will identify any processes, skills, equipment,
techniques, and the like that must be acquired to conduct the
REY monitors, measures, and analyzes its processes. As a result, DEL REY is able
to implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and
continuous process improvement.
REY's Senior Management documents the responsibility, authority, and
relationship of its personnel using organizational charts, job
descriptions, and its Quality Policy.
each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work,
those with supervisory duties are also responsible for quality
issues including establishing product quality objectives and the
initiation of actions to correct quality problems, as well as to
ensure that this Quality Policy is established and understood
throughout the organization.
REY's Senior Management is committed to providing adequate resources
to carry out the elements of this quality policy by employing
qualified personnel and will provide adequate time, space,
equipment, supplies, procedures, specific work instructions,
training, and management oversight for employees to properly carry
out the quality activities of the organization.
