CLEARANCE: Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
Experience should include life-cycle and risk management of multiple complex integrated programs, projects, and systems to include successful execution of major acquisition milestones, cost, schedule, and performance. DoD 5000.01, DoD 5000.02, DoD Issuances governing acquisition programs in the DoD Components, and other program management policies addressed in the DoD 5000 series.

Ten (10) years Program Management experience with the Navy or comparable DoD agency; Three (3) years of this experience in direct support of a Navy organization performing systems acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; DAWIA Level III in Program Management or equivalent (e.g., PMP).
- Life-cycle management (“cradle to grave”) of complex integrated programs, projects, and/or systems
- Risk management and development of risk mitigation/consequence management strategies throughout the acquisition lifecycle
- Acquisition document development to include Initial Capabilities Document, Capability Development Document, Capability Production Document, Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Program Management Plan, Acquisition Decision Memorandum, Affordability Estimate, Analysis of Alternatives, Cost Analysis
Ten (10) years providing logistic support for major systems with the Navy or comparable DoD agency; Six (6) years of this experience in direct support of the full life-cycle logistics of a Navy acquisition program/project, supervising programmatic/logistic staff
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; DAWIA Level III in Logistics or equivalent (e.g. PMP)
- Life-cycle logistic management of complex integrated programs, projects, and/or systems
- Integrated Product Support elements and configuration management in the system development processes at major milestones
- Coordinating Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA) and Product Support Reviews (PSR) for ACAT programs
- Development and review of logistic documentation including ILSP, LCSP, ULSS, LRFS, RMA reports, FST reports, ILS Certifications, ILS Risk messages, EC, FC, SCD, ECR
