Ken has served as the DEL REY Systems & Technology VP of Operations for three years. He came to DELREY from PM tec, Inc. where he served as the Vice President of DoD Operations for six years. Prior to that, Ken served as the Director of Operations for Navy and Air Force programs at Epsilon Systems Inc. His time at Epsilon Systems included direct support in NAVWAR program offices such as PMW/A-170 and PMW 160. Ken is a retired Navy Captain, a submarine officer, and served eleven years in the active duty (including 2 years as a science officer at the Naval Ocean Systems Center – now called NIWC Pacific) and nineteen years in the Navy reserves. Ken served as a Forward Deployed Officer In Charge of a joint command for a year and half during Operation Enduring Freedom. Ken is very involved in the defense community and with veteran issues. He is currently the immediate past President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). He is also on the Board of Advisors for a veteran support non-profit, Support the Enlisted Project (STEP) where he also served on the Board for seven years and as the Chairman of the Board for two years.
